I’m so pleased to share that my registration with the Care Inspectorate has now been officially granted! This is a huge milestone, it means I’m one big step closer to expanding Emma’s Explorers and getting the out-of-school service up and running.
At the moment, I’m working closely with the Dunning Hall Group as they go through the process of taking over the management of the hall from Perth & Kinross Council (PKC). This transition is still ongoing, but progress is being made.
In the meantime, I’m continuing to work with all involved to make sure everything is in place for the service to launch at the start of the new school term.
I’m also currently working on securing funding to help access valuable resources, equipment, and materials for the children and young people in our community who will be using the service. My aim is to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for every child who attends.
If you haven’t registered your interest yet but would like to, please fill out the registration of interest form pinned on the Emma’s Explorers Facebook page or us this link here.
Thank you all so much for your continued support — it really means a lot as I take these final steps toward opening day!
Emma
